Here’s what you’ll need to do to get your little Bulldog registered for Kindergarten at Carthage Primary:
Complete online registration by following the instructions that apply to your family.
You will need to either upload the following documents when you register online, or bring them by the Carthage Primary office between 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday - Friday:
Student's birth certificate
Student's social security card
Student's immunization record
Parent's driver's license
Proof of residency with one of the following documents:
Utility bill with name and address (electric, water, or gas...no mobile phone bills)
Lease agreement or deed
Follow Carthage Primary on Facebook to keep up with important dates, school supply lists, etc. throughout the summer months.
