Carthage ISD will host student flu vaccine clinics on Oct. 7 & 8 at district campus locations.
October 7: Baker-Koonce & Libby Elementary
October 8: Carthage Junior High, Carthage High School & Carthage Primary
Flu vaccine clinics are administered by Aurora Concepts, and you must sign your student up in advance by using the following link:

Insurance information will be verified prior to the clinic date. If you plan to pay out of pocket, simply enter "N/A" in all insurance blanks.
Cost for cash-pay flu vaccines is:
$10: 6 months - 18 years old
$30: 19 - 64 years old
The deadline to sign up is Oct. 3.
For anyone 18 years of age or older, you will need to complete an ImmTrac2 Form and bring it with you when you receive your vaccine.
