December Star Students
Libby Elementary would like to recognize September’s Star Students! The students were chosen using the following criteria: attitude (the student tries to contribute to a positive atmosphere), accomplishments (the student is dedicated to achieving a personal goal), commitment (the student always tries his or her best to succeed), character (the student always presents himself/herself as a positive role model), effort (the student shares in the responsibility for making school a positive place), enthusiasm (the student is always supportive of others striving for success) and excellence (the student accepts no less).
December’s Star students include:
Kolton Chandler, who is a second-grader and the son of Korey and Lisa Chandler. Kolton’s favorite school subjects are P. E. and music. He enjoys building things and playing outside.
Presley Deason, who is a second-grader and the daughter of Sam and Amanda Deason. Presley’s favorite school subjects are science, math, and P. E. She enjoys playing softball, playing with her brothers and sisters, learning about Jesus, and playing with her puppy Molly.
Bella Fuchs, who is a second-grader and the daughter of Anthony and Agnes Fuchs. Bella’s favorite school subject is math. She loves to play outside, read, play Roblox, and dance.
Bryson Hargers, who is a second-grader and the son of Brandie Ingram. Bryson's favorite school subject is math. He enjoys playing football, basketball, baseball, and running track.
Samantha Campos, who is a third-grader and the daughter of Yoselina Fierros. Samantha’s favorite school subjects are math and P. E. She enjoys reading, playing, doing homework, riding her bike, and painting.
Alyssa Hopper, who is a third-grader and the daughter of Deanna and Terry Hopper. Alyssa’s favorite school subject is math. She enjoys skating, watching movies, playing soccer and softball, and swimming. She also loves to ride the biggest rides at Universal Studios, Sea World, and Six Flags.
Charlotte Reid, who is a third-grader and the daughter of Tine Reid-Sells and Billy Sells. Charlotte’s favorite school subject is science. She enjoys playing with her sister, spending time with her mom, and playing with cars and LOL dolls. She also loves playing with her puppies and making her sister Leia laugh.
Axel Reyna Blanco, who is a third-grader and the son of Juana Blanco and Francisco Reyna. Axel’s favorite school subjects are reading and math. He enjoys reading books, playing with his PS4, and finding rocks.
Amy Suruy, who is a third-grader and the daughter of Yesica Garcia. Amy’s favorite school subject is math. She enjoys playing basketball and riding her bike.
