Get in the holiday spirit 🎄 this weekend with a couple of fun events! Saturday morning, come have breakfast with Santa 🎅 at the CHS Commons, and on Sunday afternoon, support the Bulldog Belles Parents Day Out fundraiser and enjoy a day of Christmas shopping 🎁 while the kids have a blast with the Belles!

Carthage ISD will dismiss students early on Friday, Dec. 9 to allow buses to run regular routes before traveling to the football playoff game in Frisco. Lunch will be served prior to dismissal and buses will begin afternoon routes at noon. GO DAWGS! 🐾🏈

Tonight, at the November meeting of the CISD Board of Trustees, school board members recognized our Battlin' Bulldog Band for their superb bronze finish at the UIL 4A State Military Marching Contest. Congratulations, and thank you to the band for making Carthage proud! 🥉🏆🎵🎶 GO DAWGS!

Today, Carthage High School hosted a wonderful Veterans Day program to honor the Veterans in our community, and the Carthage ISD faculty and staff who are Veterans. CHS students with plans to serve our country in the United States Armed Forces after graduation were recognized as well. Special thanks to Bill Morris, Panola County Veterans Service Officer, for delivering a great message to all who attended. Veterans, thank you for your sacrifice and service to our great nation! 🇺🇸
