Congratulations Austin Hall, Supervisor of Transportation Services

Carthage ISD is pleased to announce that Austin Hall has been selected as the new Supervisor of Transportation Services. Austin brings a wealth of experience and qualifications to this position and is extremely excited about getting started in the new role this summer.

Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ouachita Baptist University and a Master of Education in Education Administration from Lamar University. His educational background has provided him with a solid foundation in leadership and management principles, which will undoubtedly contribute to his success in this role.

Austin has served as a coach in Carthage ISD since 2020. Prior to joining the Bulldog family, he served as the Head Baseball Coach in New Caney ISD. His experience as a coach has equipped him with valuable skills in organization, team building and effective communication.

In addition, Austin has a number of years of transportation coordination experience as the athletics transportation coordinator and as a driver for Lone Star Coaches in Longview. He currently holds a Class B Commercial Driverā€™s License (CDL) with endorsements for passenger, air brakes, and school bus operations.

Iā€™m looking forward to being part of a great team who puts our students first in everything they do!ā€

Hall is a native of Marshall, having graduated from Marshall High School in 2006. He and his wife, Abby, have twin children, Maely and Matthan who will start Pre-K at Carthage Primary this fall.

Hall replaces Scott Lee, who is retiring this summer.
